REAL's Compost Certification Scheme complaint procedures
Where possible, any complaint about a compost producer on the Scheme should be submitted to the relevant certification body by filling in REAL Compost Certification Scheme complaint form.
If you are uncertain about which certification body the alleged composting process is registered with, please check HERE. Column C of this spreadsheet shows the name of the certification body each composting process is registered with.
All complaints, whether submitted verbally, by email or by filling in the above form, will be dealt with according to the procedures described in clause 10.2 of REAL Compost Certification Scheme Rules.
