ORBIT 2014

European Compost Network are proud to announce that they are organizing the 9th International Scientific Conference ORBIT 2014, 'New challenges, new responses in the 21st Century', in Gödöll?, Hungary, 26-28, June, 2014.

The conference is organized by Szent István University (Gödöll?) and the Hungarian Quality Compost Association in co-operation with the European Compost Network e.V. (ECN). It aims to encompass several aspects and offer opportunity to explore many current and relevant issues of organic resources and biological treatment, included compost, biochar, digestate sciences and applications. It provides an interactive forum for exchange of ideas and joint discussions on recent scientific and practical results and current issues related to technological processes, analysis and characterization, sustainable uses and certification, regulation and marketing aspects.

In order to cover all interested issues on organic resources you are asked to submit specific session proposals by 30th November 2013.

15th December, 2013 Final decision about the sessions by the Scientific Committee
16th December, 2013 Beginning of abstract submission period
15th February, 2014 Abstract submission deadline
28th February, 2014 Final decision about abstracts
15th March, 2014 Final selection of abstract into session, final programme
