Waste classification and assessment - Consultation

Legal changes to the List of Waste and Hazardous Waste criteria are expected to apply from 1st June 2015. The Environment Agency have updated their existing Technical Guidance WM2 to incorporate these legal changes. This is presented as a draft of WM3.

The Environment Agency is  seeking your views on the changes made to the guidance and they would like to know if they have correctly present the legislation and if there are any impacts that they need to be made aware of.

The Environment Agency will look to make all responses submitted online to this consultation publicly viewable. 

Deadline for responses is 3rd February 2015. ORG are not planning to response unless you would like us to. Please contact Jeremy to discuss.
