Environment Agency 2014 data on regulated businesses in England
The EA have published 2014 data on operational risk assessment compliance ratings, pollution inventory, pollution incidents and enforcement.
Opra (operational risk appraisal)
This dataset shows how compliant a regulated industry facility has been in 2014. The Opra risk assessment provides a rating that the Environment Agency uses to assess the risk to the environment for sites we regulate. Band A indicates good performance whilst bands D, E and F indicate poor performance.
This dataset contains information from the pollution inventory for each release type (to air, land and waste transfers off-site) by sector for the industrial activities the Environment Agency regulated in 2014.
This dataset provides important information about incidents that met the Environment Agency category 1 and 2 impact criteria for those reported in 2014. These are the most serious environmental incidents they deal with.
This dataset contains details of notices served, cautions and prosecutions in 2014 of companies the Environment Agency regulate.
