Making a complaint about a certified compost
 
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a certified compost supplied by one of our certified compost producers, please contact REAL on 07717294793, or by email at qualitycompost@r-e-a.net
 
Where possible, any complaint about a compost producer on the Scheme should be submitted  by filling in REAL Compost Certification Scheme complaint form. If you can't fill in the form for any reason, please contact AfOR on 07717294793, or by email at qualitycompost@r-e-a.net.
 
REAL's Compost Certification Scheme has complaint procedures in place to deal with complaints. Our complaint procedures are described in section 10 of REAL Certification Scheme Rules.
