Quarter 3 2015 - Health and Safety Survey

It is time to ask you to complete our quarterly health and safety survey for quarter three of 2015.  

The results from our quarter two survey are attached for your information.  The number of responses to this survey was a little down on our recent average but having looked back over preceding years we have similar dips in quarter two responses which we attribute to this being the peak holiday season.
