EA note on Compost oversize and End of Waste status for use as a non-waste fuel

After recent discussions with the REA and our members, the EA have drafted a note on Compost oversize and End of Waste status for use as a non-waste fuel. This material poses particular challenges when trying to determine end of waste status, particularly the comparison with virgin materials.  This note highlights the challenges and explains the EA approach to enquiries.
